ReMeT is an independent association of organisations that design, deliver and improve rehabilitation, prosthetics, MedTech and barrier-free environments in Podillya — with a national conference and donor-facing transparency.
Podillya ReMeT Cluster
Public Union “Podillya Rehabilitation and Medical Technology Cluster ReMeT” (EDRPOU 45928499) was registered on 18 February 2026 in Vinnytsia. Head of the union — Viktoriia Kolisnyk. Authorised representative — Nadiia Karpliuk.
The initiative was formed with expert support of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency within the Swiss-Ukrainian UCORD programme (implemented by NIRAS Sweden AB with the support of Switzerland).

Medicine, engineering, lived experience
Vinnytsia already holds a dense rehabilitation network, a state prosthetic enterprise, private workshops, a medical university chair of physical and rehabilitation medicine, and the AIM instrument-making cluster. ReMeT is the horizontal layer that connects them.
